1. What data, and why
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use what you send us (your name, number or email address, and message) only to reply and, if you ask us, to prepare your quote. The site never sends anything on your behalf: the clapperboard on the quote page uses your answers only to write the WhatsApp message, without keeping them, and the message only goes out if you send it yourself. The legal basis is your request: these are steps taken before a possible contract; if you write to us about something else, it is our legitimate interest in replying. You don't have to give us any data, but without a way to contact you and without knowing what you need, we can't reply or send you a quote. If you become a client, we use your data for the job and the invoices: the legal basis is the contract, together with our legal obligations.

2. For how long
We keep messages for 12 months, then delete them, from our phones and backups too. If you become a client, the contract and invoices are kept for 6 years, as Spanish law requires. Statistics are only anonymous figures, and we keep them for 25 months at most.

3. Statistics and security
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without profiling you. In the same way, we count how often WhatsApp is opened from the site, and we measure how long pages take to open and where people arrive from (Instagram, for example). These measurements are for our use only, give only anonymous figures, don't follow you to other sites and are never combined with other data: that is why, under the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), we don't need to ask for your consent. To run the site and keep it secure, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data from your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site works and in keeping it secure and working.

4. Who helps us
Cloudflare (hosting, security, statistics and email forwarding; USA), Bunny.net (video; Slovenia, EU) and our email provider. They work on our behalf, under a contract that obliges them to use the data only for this. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as adequate, for providers that have joined it, and in any case by the Commission's standard contractual clauses: you can ask us for a copy at info@disisvideo.com. If you become a client, invoice data also goes to the tax authorities when the law requires it.

5. WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland, part of the Meta group), which decides on its own service independently, under its own rules: we only use what you send us. The site only provides a link, and you can change the ready-made message before sending it.

6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data or for its rectification, erasure or portability, or restrict its use, by writing to info@disisvideo.com. You can also object at any time to what we do on the basis of our legitimate interest: statistics and security. We reply within one month. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
