A rapper alone in the graffiti-covered ruins of an abandoned village, with an unfinished church, from afternoon into night.

The brief
One artist, one location and no set dressing: the ruins of an abandoned village, with graffiti on the walls and a church that was never finished. It's the first video we shot for DOSS.
How we filmed it
From afternoon into night in the same place: the light changes and the video changes with it. Composed, steady shots; he raps to camera, walks through the ruins, sits under the arches as the sky closes in. The colour stays warm and dusty, like the land around it.

The result
Before the music video, the 48-second vertical video with the lyrics on screen, to get it moving on social media. Then DOSS came back for a second video: “WH”.
