How we filmed it
Warm amber against the dark blue wall; dark, blurred backgrounds. Macro shots of the griddle with the flame underneath, of the cheese melting under the cloche, of the rocket and the sauce. Then the ingredients suspended in mid-air, layer by layer, and the bite towards the camera.

The result
